Do I need my own web site?
No, it is not necessary to have your own web site.
Are there any special skills required?
No, if you can follow simple instructions, you can be successful using any and all of the features you’ll find at the site.
How does the bonus system work?
Log into the site at http://killerwsobonus.com/login.php . There are two help videos to watch, one under the "Bonus Offers" tab, and the other under the "Warrior Special Offers" tab.
You will be earning 1-3 bonus credits for each of the Warrior Special Offers you purchase. (Double this if you are a Lifetime member!)

Can I earn credits for purchasing upsells off the WSOs?
All credits earned will be based on the initial purchase only and not on any upsells or OTOs.
Can I still purchase the Lifetime member upgrade?

I purchased an upgrade to my membership, but didn't get the download email?
You will know your account has been upgraded when in your member's area. Simply log in to the site and look for the following:
I'm having trouble with a WSO purchase.
All specific questions regarding WSO purchases should go through the product owner. Go to the product's thread and see if your question has already been asked. If not, you can ask your question in the forum, private message the product owner, or look for the product owner's support email or link.
What happens if I need a refund for any of the Warrior Special Offer (WSO) purchases I make?
There will be merchant information on the receipt you receive from PayPal. Here is an example:
Simply email the merchant that received your payment and let them know you'd like to refund. It is very helpful to send a copy of your PayPal receipt that includes the transaction #.
How do I get my questions answered regarding the site?
There are many pages that contain their own training video. Check these first. If the video does not answer your question, you can go to our helpdesk and “Submit A Ticket”.
Go to: http://www.onlinecustomerhelp.com (or click the link below) where you can register (if you have not yet used the helpdesk) and then “Submit a Ticket”. Choose “Killer WSO Bonus” under “Select Department”, click on “Next”, fill in the appropriate information boxes, and “Send”.
You will be emailed a response. If for some reason you do not receive any emails from us, they are possibly being blocked and you will need to log back into the helpdesk to check our response. If further communication is needed regarding your ticket, please "respond" at the helpdesk (and not to our email) to ensure that we receive your inquiries.
